Enrolment & Fees
Enrolling your child is simple and stress-free. Families can choose from a variety of care options to suit their needs, including long day care, preschool programs, vacation care, and after-school care. Transparent fee structures and government subsidy eligibility ensure affordability for local families. Flexible bookings, ongoing support with subsidy applications, and a warm welcome from the enrolments team make it easier than ever for new families to get started with confidence and clarity.
Our Menu & Kitchen
Children enjoy fresh, nutritious meals prepared daily to support their growth and energy. Meals are balanced and allergy-aware, with a focus on whole foods, variety, and healthy eating habits.
Mealtime is also a learning opportunity, where children develop independence, try new flavours, and share in a positive group experience. Seasonal ingredients, child-friendly menus, and regular feedback from families help shape a meal program that nourishes both body and mind.
Everyday Essentials
To help your child settle in and feel comfortable, families are encouraged to pack a bag with essentials such as a change of clothes, a water bottle, comfort items, and any necessary nappies or formula. The team will provide more specific guidance depending on your child’s age and needs.
Labels on personal items are strongly recommended. Families may also wish to include sunscreen, a sun-safe hat, or special sleep aids where appropriate. Consistent routines and preparation at home can help your child transition more smoothly into their day.
What should my child bring to childcare each day?
Children should arrive with a labelled bag containing spare clothes, a water bottle, any required nappies, and comfort items like a dummy or blanket if needed. Some centres provide meals and bedding, while others may ask you to supply them; check with your provider to confirm. It’s also a good idea to include a hat for outdoor play and ensure all items are clearly marked with your child’s name.
Are meals included in childcare fees?
Many long day care centres offer meals as part of their daily fee, including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. These meals are often prepared onsite and meet nutrition standards for growing children. They typically cater to allergies and dietary needs, but you’ll need to notify the centre during enrolment. If meals aren’t included, families may need to pack lunch and snacks each day.
How does the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) work?
The Child Care Subsidy is a government initiative that reduces the cost of approved childcare services for eligible families. The amount you receive depends on your combined income, the type of care used, and your level of activity (e.g. work, study, volunteering). To apply, families must register with Centrelink and provide their Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs) during enrolment. The subsidy is paid directly to the provider and reduces your out-of-pocket fees.
