At Earth Angels Child Care Centre, we endeavour to meet all the needs of the children in our care. We aim to achieve this by providing a caring, respectful, safe, supportive, warm, happy, and stimulating learning environment where all Educators, children, families and community members feel a sense of belonging.

We encourage all children to actively explore their environment and support them to form and develop trusting relationships with other children and Educators. We strongly promote numerous play opportunities. We believe play is valuable in every aspect of a child’s development and recognise the importance of children being actively involved and engaged in various learning experiences. We consider that a child’s learning should be supported and encouraged through positive interactions and regular discussions with the child’s family.

We believe it is essential to be aware of diversity and multiculturalism within the community in which we live. We aim to reflect diversity throughout our Centre, as well as in our programming. We believe all children should be treated with equality and their cultural diversity embraced and acknowledged.

Our Goals:

• To promote a supportive environment that builds high self-esteem and self-worth.
• To provide a balanced and relaxed learning environment where children can play, discover and develop at their own rate and level. • To allow time for the children to refine and practice skills they have learnt to feel confident and happy.
• To promote and create a positive and flexible indoor and outdoor environment that is inviting and full of possibilities.
• To encourage family involvement and feedback into the development and delivery of our educational programs at all times.
• To promote honest and open communication with all families, respecting their thoughts and their opinions and incorporating these suggestions into our program when appropriate.
• To work in partnership and collaboration with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for their child’s needs and abilities.
• To facilitate the child’s learning based on the child’s interest and actively engage in the activities with the child.
• To participate in various experiences to help ensure and guide the child’s learning and help assist and scaffold the learning in a positive manner to support the child’s understanding.
• To promote and support sustainable practices within our centre with the children across all rooms.
• To serve the children nutritious meals and snacks that are healthy and delicious.

Since 2014, when Liz and Shane took the helm, Earth Angels Child Care Centre has been a trusted part of the Tinonee and Taree communities. Built on a passion for high-quality early education, the centre has grown into a nurturing hub where families find more than just care — they find connection, support, and a true sense of belonging.

Following the devastating 2025 floods, Earth Angels was closed for six weeks. During this time, our team, alongside close families, came together to rebuild and restore the centre, providing a safe and welcoming space for children to return to. This experience reinforced our commitment to resilience, community, and the well-being of every child and family we support.

We offer long daycare for children aged six weeks to six years, before and after school care for ages five to 12, vacation care, and an enriching preschool program. What makes Earth Angels truly unique is our personal touch — educators who know every child, a strong commitment to family wellbeing, and innovative opportunities like early childhood animal education and our dedicated swim school, giving children experiences that nurture confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Earth Angels Child Care Centre is open Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 06:00pm to support busy families. With full-day care, before and after school services, and vacation care available, parents can access reliable, structured learning and supervision throughout the year.

The team also offers a convenient pick-up and drop-off service, making daily routines smoother for families in Tinonee and surrounding areas. Combined with nutritious meals, tailored programs, and passionate educators, Earth Angels offers a complete childcare solution designed with working families in mind, making quality early learning accessible, enriching, and genuinely supportive.
